What is this about?
Congrats! We like your Instagram/Facebook photo you posted from your time here at Ramseyer Farms. Because we think your photo is so great, we’d love to get your permission to share your experience with others by featuring your photo(s) on our web-pages, social media pages, and other marketing platforms!
What happens if I respond with #YesRF?
By responding to the message from our Ramseyer Farms Instagram/Facebook account with #YesRF you represent and warrant that:
- You are eighteen (18) years of age or older,
- You own all rights in and to your photos,
- You have permission from any person(s) appearing in your photos to grant the rights herein,
- Our use of your social media photo(s) does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law, and
- That you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
By your response of #YesRF in the social media message, you grant Ramseyer Farms an unlimited right to use any photo with the relevant hashtag #YesRF as digital and non-digital marketing content on any platform. This unlimited utilization includes, for example, the use of the photos in our Ramseyer Farms website, newsletters, e-mails, social media posts, sponsored (paid advertisements) posts, billboards, signs, posters, or any other marketing collateral. However, Ramseyer Farms shall have no obligation to use your photo.
What’s in it for me?
Your photos could potentially be showcased on Ramseyer Farms social media pages, ramseyerfarms.com or other marketing platforms for all to see! It’s also a chance to show others what fun you had on the farm! In return, you release and discharge Ramseyer Farms from any obligation to provide monetary payment or any other form of compensation for use of your photo(s).
What if I change my mind after a while?
You can always change your mind and revoke the rights by contacting the farm directly and asking us to discontinue the use of your photo(s). However, Ramseyer Farms is not responsible for work already printed, in production or further. The revoking of rights applies only to future use of the photo(s).
